PAYMENTS

Payments for all orders are taken on dispatch of goods, and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer. We use Stripe secure payments to process payments through our websites and do not make any representation or warranty with regard to their service. The internet is not a secure medium.

By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. 

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a confirmation of sale.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes our products may be incorrectly priced. Where there is a discrepancy in price, and the stated price is less than the correct price for the products we will contact you for instructions before delivery or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. Where the stated price is more than the correct price, we will charge you the lower amount when making delivery to you.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Those items for delivery to countries outside of the European Union ("EU") may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). 

The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Usage of the RUKAV clothing site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site or the company. All copyright is protected under national and international law.

Any site content can only be distributed with the permission from RUKAV clothing.

This policy applies when you visit or surf our website without purchasing any product, when you use our site for purchasing products or when you register with RUKAV clothing.

We consider all the information you share with us private and confidential. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products and services.

RUKAV clothing reserves the right to disclose the information about you as required by law, in response to legal process and law enforcement requests, and as necessary to protect the property, interests and rights of RUKAV clothing and others.

Please note that when you purchase from us we will continue to confirm your order by email. In addition we may also need to contact you by phone or post with other details regarding your order.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of how often you visit our site, the contents of your shopping basket and previous purchases. A cookie is a piece of information stored on your computer’s hard drive and which traces your movement within websites. Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies, but you can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you turn off cookies we will not be able to track your order to enable you to purchase from our site. Nor will we be able to recognise you as a registered user.
